These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at myClean Corp.com (the “Site”) and the cleaning and related services (the “Services”) offered by Clean Corp (“Clean Corp,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site, creating an account, requesting a quote, or booking a Service, you (“you” or “Customer”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site or the Services. 

1. Acceptance of Terms 

By using the Site or the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you use the Site or Services on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms, and “you” refers to that entity. 

2. Description of Services 

Clean Corp provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services and related offerings as described on the Site, which may be booked online, by phone, or through other channels we make available. Service availability, scope, pricing, and scheduling are subject to change and to confirmation at the time of booking. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, reschedule, or cancel a booking at our discretion, including for safety, access, or capacity reasons. 

3. Accounts 

To book Services or use certain features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. 

4. Booking, Pricing, and Payment 

The following terms apply to booking and paying for Services: 

• Quotes provided on the Site or by our representatives are estimates and may be adjusted based on an on-site assessment, property condition, or scope changes. 
• Payment is due as specified at booking or upon completion of Service, using the payment method(s) we make available. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all amounts owed, including any additional charges agreed to for extra work. 
• All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 
• Late or failed payments may result in suspension of future bookings and may accrue late fees or be referred for collection, to the extent permitted by law. 

5. Cancellations and Rescheduling 

You may cancel or reschedule a booking in accordance with the cancellation policy provided at the time of booking or posted on the Site. Cancellations made outside the applicable notice window may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes to your scheduled Service on our end.

6. Customer Responsibilities 

To help us deliver Services safely and effectively, you agree to: 

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the scheduled time. 
• Disclose any known hazards, fragile items, pets, or special instructions in advance. 
• Secure or remove valuables, cash, and irreplaceable items prior to Service. 
• Ensure any required permissions (e.g., from a landlord or property manager) are in place before booking. 

7. User Conduct 

When using the Site, you agree not to: 

• Violate any applicable law or regulation. 
• Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information. 
• Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or connected networks. 
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or related systems. 
• Use the Site to transmit malicious code or engage in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward Clean Corp personnel.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Clean Corp. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms. 

10. Disclaimers 

THE SITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS IN EVERY RESPECT. 

11. Limitation of Liability 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Clean Corp AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Clean Corp FOR THE SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. 

Clean Corp Terms of Service 

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you. 

12. Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clean Corp and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party. 

13. Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site or your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to Clean Corp, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Site and close your account at any time. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site or Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. 

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution 

These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Services will be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts. 

16. Severability and Waiver 

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. 

17. Entire Agreement 

These Terms, together with any additional terms provided at the time of booking (such as a service order or estimate), constitute the entire agreement between you and Clean Corp regarding the Site and Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings.
